customer wanted one of our standard residential service upgrades. Amazingly our
price for this custom service upgrade was 30% less than what he found from the
big ad yellow page contractors, and all they were going to install was cabling
down the side of his home. This is a much cleaner look and took the same amount
of time as their standard upgrade. And one of our technicians completed this in
one day, where our competition needed 2 days and 2 techs, thus saving the
